Patients must provide accurate medical history and information. Failure to do so may affect the quality of care provided.

  • Appointments should be scheduled in advance when possible
  • Emergency services are available 24/7 without appointment
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations may incur fees

4. Payment and Insurance

We accept direct billing to most major travel insurance providers. Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage and any applicable deductibles or co-payments.

For patients without insurance or with uncovered services, payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and cash.

Patients remain financially responsible for any charges not covered by their insurance.

5. Patient Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all patient medical records in accordance with HIPAA, GDPR, and local privacy regulations.

Medical information will only be shared with authorized healthcare providers, insurance companies (with patient consent), and as required by law.

6. Limitations and Disclaimers

While we strive to provide the highest quality care, HealthGuard Clinics does not guarantee specific medical outcomes. Medical treatment inherently involves risks and uncertainties.

Emergency situations may require transfer to a hospital. We are not responsible for services provided by third-party facilities.
